Join us on July 21 - 25 at St. Paul Parish Center for a faith and fun-filled experience of the Great Alaskan North, or like God is to us, TRUE NORTH!
True North Totally Catholic VBS starts and ends each day with lively music that praises and worships our Lord. Then the 5-person crews and their Crew Leaders move from station to station throughout the morning, where they will learn more from their Bible Buddies all about how we can trust in Jesus and lean on Him when we're scared, tired, or lost. Because...He is our True North!
Kids will enjoy a special snack mid-morning each day, and they will create or see some fun experiments and hear some wonderful stories about Jesus. Of course, there will also be games outside! The day will end with more music of praise and worship before heading home to share all they've learned with their parents and family members! We hope you ask your child(ren) to tell you all about it!
Instead of a Friday evening program, this year we will be combining Saturday evening Mass with a short program and a meal. Mass will begin as always at 5:00 p.m., but it will be held in the St. Paul Parish Center. After Mass, you are invited to step into the adjoining gym and check out the amazing decorations and hear the kids sing a couple of songs they learned this week.
Once we've finished that, we will move back into the Parish Hall and enjoy supper and fellowship before heading home. We hope that you plan to join us for Mass that evening and stay for the short program and meal so you can learn even more about what your kids experienced during this special week of True North VBS!
