True North VBS General Information
True North VBS is a FREE WILL DONATION this year!
You can put your donation with your child(ren)’s registration sheet, or with a note stating name, grade just finished, and your contact information, into an envelope labeled “VBS 2025”. You can also mail it to 311 Ave C, West Point, 52625, and mark it VBS.
We thank you in advance for your generosity, and we hope that making it free will make it easier for some people to send their kids to VBS.
Eligible Ages
· 3 & 4-year-old preschoolers
· 5-year-olds if they haven't attended kindergarten yet
· Kindergarten - 5th grade (meaning the grade they just finished as of the end of the school year)
Kids and/or adults from 6th grade and beyond are eligible and welcome to be crew leaders. If anyone is interested in being a crew leader or Bible Station leader, please let us know by registering on our websitevbspro.events/p/stp25

If you stop at the Angel Tree display at your parish, they may also have registration forms you can fill out instead. So, as you can see, there are many ways to register your child(ren) and yourself if you’d like to help out.
Daily
We suggest dressing your child in normal play clothes for the week. There will be outdoor games, and water is usually included at least once.
It will probably be hot that week, so if you’d like to send your child with a water bottle, that would be fine. Hydration is important in the heat.
Allergies
The registration forms do ask if your child(ren) has allergies, but this is just a friendly reminder that we need to know of any health issues your child may have. We want them to have a safe, happy experience and for you to be able to relax while they are with us.
We will have an First Aid Kit on site for little boo boos and such.
Volunteers
Adult volunteers are always welcome, yet it is easier to know if you are coming and where you would like to help. This is also true for Crew Leaders. If you do not register, please do not show up on the first day expecting to be a Crew Leader. We plan in advance, so by that day, our Crew Leaders are in place. If you want to help wherever you are needed, we can use your help in that way.
If you would like to register to help us, let us know where you would like to help. There should be a place for you to do so on the form. If you don’t have a preference, let us know, too, so we can assign you to a place where we need extra hands.
Note: Everyone planning and acting as leaders are all volunteers! Please remind your kiddos of that so they know how important we feel VBS is for young faith-filled Catholics.
