VBS is open to children entering Kindergarten - Sixth grade during the 2026-2027 school year. Preregistration is required for ALL children attending VBS this year. For the safety of your children, classroom sizes will be limited this year. If your child's age group is full, email Megan Freisleben at megan@clcfamily.church to be placed on our waiting list.

If you have a middle school or high school student who wants to be part of VBS this year, we would love to have them volunteer! You can email Loryn Mascaro at loryn@clcfamily.church for more information and to get them involved.

Every day at VBS begins with a time of games and Bible story at our Opening Celebration! Afterward, children rotate through different stations further exploring the day's Bible story through worship, missions, games, crafts, and snacks! Our morning concludes with a Closing Celebration where children gather to review the day's activities, and worship! Below you'll find a brief overview of each day's activities and snacks.

Registration opens at 8:45 AM every morning, and pick-up begins at 12:30 PM  (parents and guardians may join us for the closing celebration at 12:00 PM in the Sanctuary before pick-up). Families can enter CLC through the "Main Entrance" doors and check in at our registration tables in the main lobby.  After you check in your child our registration helpers and greeters will be able to guide you to our Sanctuary and help you find your child's group. This summer children will dropped off every morning directly in our Sanctuary instead of classrooms.  Please accompany your children to their area of the Sanctuary every morning.

Children will picked up every day from their classrooms and small group locations:

  • K-2nd Grade are located in our KZ Auditorium
  • 3rd Grade is located in Room 125 (located directly across from the KZ Auditorium behind our indoor playground) 
  • 4th - 6th Grade can be picked up from the Sanctuary AFTER all other grades have exited the room.
  • Look for volunteers wearing our Kingdom Quest shirts to help direct you to your child's room if you have questions.

Tuesday, July 21st 

Bible Story: Jesus Walks on Water; Matthew 14:22-23
Key Question: Where is Jesus when things look rough?
Bible Point: Because of Jesus nothing can shake me, Jesus is with me!
Snack: Walking on Jello Snack Cups: Blue Jello Pudding Cups and Teddy Grahams 
Please note that on this day the 5th and 6th grade group will be participating in water activities! It is suggested that your children bring in extra clothes for water games. 

Wednesday, July 22nd

Bible Story: Jesus' Crucifixion and Resurrection; Luke 23:32-45, 55-56
Key Question: What's the greatest thing anyone has ever done for me?
Bible Point: Because of Jesus I am saved, Jesus is alive!
Snack: Cross Crispies: Individually Wrapped Rice Krispy Treats

Thursday, July 23rd:

Bible Story: Peter's Denial and Restoration; Matthew 26:31-35; Mark 16:6-7; John 21:15-19
Key Question: What should I do when I mess up?
Bible Point: Because of Jesus I am made new, Jesus makes me new!
Snack: Heart Sugar Cookies

For children with allergies there will allergy friendly options everyday. These include: individually packaged pretzels, Black Forest fruit snacks, and applesauce pouches. You may also send your child to VBS with their own snack. Please label any snack with your child's name. You will also be asked to sign a snack waiver at registration each day to ensure that children with allergies do not receive a snack with unsafe ingredients.

Sunday, July 26th; 10:00am: Closing Celebration, VBS Takes Over CLC!

For this year's closing celebration we invite the whole family to join us at a special morning service at the Christian Life Center as our VBS team takes over! The service will feature VBS worship music (the children will be invited to help lead motions from the stage), a special sermon to wrap up our VBS theme, and a family picnic to follow!
