Preschool: 4 and 5 year olds who have NOT yet started Kindergarten

Campers: Those who have completed Kindergarten thru 5th grade

VBS spots are filled in the order received. Here are ways to register your preschooler and/or camper:

1. PRE-REGISTER online. By registering online you can HOLD a spot for your preschooler or camper for 7 days. This will give you enough time to complete and submit the required Medical Release form and fee in our office.

  • Your registration is NOT COMPLETE until we receive your child's Medical Release form and payment.

Failure to submit Medical Release form within 7 days will automatically release the spot of your camper to give others chance to register.

2. Where can I download the Medical Release form?

  • Click HERE to download the required medical release form. After you fill out and sign the form, you can either email us a picture or scanned copy of it and send it to Marie Pena at mpena@sjasr.org OR
  • Mail it in at St. Joan of Arc - Faith Formation Attn: Marie Pena 2601 San Ramon Valley Blvd. San Ramon, CA 94583 OR
  • Drop by our office to fill out the paper work and submit it together with payment. We are open Monday-Thursday 9:30 AM-4:00 PM.

The Registration and Medical Release form is also available in the Faith Formation Office.

Payment Method:

You can make payments online thru our website (www.sjasr.org). We also accept cash, check (payable to St. Joan of Arc) and pay in person using credit card.

Payments are to be submitted along with the medical release form. You may mail in the form and payment to:

OR come by the office Monday – Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM to pay in person via cash, check or credit card.

We will not turn preschoolers, campers and teen leaders away for financial reasons. If payments presents a hardship, please let us know. Email Gina Camp at gcamp@sjasr.org
