Fees
PRESCHOOLERES AND CAMPERS FEE: $80 per child
TEEN LEADERS FEE: $20 per teen
A late fee of $20 per family will be added after Monday, April 29th. Payments are to be submitted along with the completed and signed medical release form. (This form will be available to download once registration opens on Tuesday, March 5th. Visit the "Documents tab" to download the medical release form.)
Forms of payment: Online payment, cash, check or you can pay in person using a credit card.
- You can mail in or drop off the required medical release form at St. Joan of Arc - Faith Formation 2601 San Ramon Valley Blvd. San Ramon, CA 94583.
- You can also come by the office and fill out the medical release form. We are open Monday-Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
-We will not turn preschoolers, campers or teens away for financial reasons. If payments presents a hardship, please let us know. You may contact Gina Camp at gcamp@sjasr.org.-
