Breaker Rock Beach Community Vacation Bible School

Are you ready to DIVE into fun at this year's Breaker Rock Beach Community Vacation Bible School (VBS)? There will be kites flying, jumping orca whales, sea lions, jelly fish and so much more... oh wait there went a flamingo! We will NOT be shaken when the mighty waves crash into Breaker Rock as we gather to hear God's Solid Rock Truth in a world of shifting sands. This year's VBS theme scripture is from Romans 12:2 "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Together we will seek God's Truth as we try to figure out whether words are Truth or Myths. Breaker Rock Beach Vacation Bible School Adventure is Monday, July 22 - Friday, July 26th from 9:30am - 12:30pm at the Lake Village Township Community Hall (Old Firehouse) and Park. Each day we will begin with a stop at Sea Lion Snacks for our yummy goodies for the day. Next, we move inside the community hall with "Breaker Rock Worship Rally" for some awesome new and old familiar VBS songs. At the "Voice of Truth Stop" we will be challenged by learning if words are Truth or Myth (lie). Then we move on to "Sandcastle Cove Bible Study" with our next stop at "Tide Pool Crafts." Next, we will float outside to "Ship Rec Games" with a quick stop at "S'mores Bonfire Science Experiments" and come back inside for more Orca Music at "Breaker Rock Beach Closing Rally." Kites will be flying! The Sea Lions will be singing, the Flamingo's will be dancing, and the Jelly Fish jiggling to all of this great music! You don't want to miss this!

All team colors are based on the last grade your child has completed. Don't forget... there just might be some TWIST AND TURNS this year so watch the daily take home papers for details!
We have chosen The Little Help Food Pantry as our Mission Project to help those in our community. Everyday... someone will get a pie in the face for each 100 items donated. Community VBS is hosted by the Lake Village Presbyterian Church. We are very thankful for all of the volunteers we have and who help out. Support for summer ministry to our local children is so important to us!
Community VBS is always FREE to all kids and adults who attend! Each year, many of you ask, we have included a donation box on our registration site if anyone wants to donate financially to help offset the costs of putting on Breaker Rock Beach VBS. We thank you in advance for your very kind donations!
