Participant Registration

**Deadline for Registration & Final Payment- June 22nd**
- Participant Cost: $210 per child
- Youth/Adult Volunteer Cost: $90 per person (cost covers field trips, shirt, and meals)
$100 Refundable Deposit will be due upon Participant Registration.
The remaining 50% balance will be due on Monday, June 22nd. If you need to cancel your registration, you can receive a refund for your deposit on, or before June 22nd.
**There are no refunds after the Registration and Payment Deadline of June 22nd.**
We only accept cash or check. Checks can be mailed to 2105 Park Ave. Suite 19 Orange Park, FL 32073. You may also visit Ellen Despres at the same address to drop off payment in person.
This is a required document that needs to be filled out and notarized prior to Vacation Bible Camp. We offer free Notary services here at the church during the week!
