**Deadline for Registration & Final Payment- June 22nd**

  • $210 per Participant
  • $90 per Youth and Adult Volunteer (Covers meals, shirt, and field trips)

50% Refundable Deposit of $100 will be due upon Registration.

The remaining 50% balance will be due on June 22nd. If you need to cancel your Registration, you can receive a full refund for your deposit on, or before June 22nd.

**There are no refunds after the Registration and Payment Deadline of June 22nd.**


Registration and payments for Vacation Bible Camp must be turned in by Monday, June 22nd. Registration and payment will not be accepted at the door. 

Please make sure to have the following completed by June 22nd:

  • Online Registration
  • VBC 2025 Waiver Form found on the registration site under “documents” (This must be notarized and include a copy of the child’s insurance)
  • Medication Administration Authorization (Only if child needs medication at camp)
  • All remaining payments

We only accept cash or check. Checks can be mailed to 2105 Park Ave. Suite 19 Orange Park, FL 32073. You may also visit Ellen Despres at the same address to drop off payment in person.


Checks can be made out to Orange Park Methodist Church with VBC in the memo.
