Snowball Mountain Challenge VBS invites kids to an exciting winter sports event where they become Challengers, gearing up for frosty games, snowy surprises, and hands-on lessons about resilience and faith. They will come to realize that with the strength God provides, they can share their gifts, be brave, give their all, pray, and hope. Challengers aren’t just playing games. Using their Challenge Companion (the Bible), they learn to draw strength from their faith through powerful stories, while connecting the learnings to Bible Stories and Lift Lessons (Key Learnings). With a unique winter theme and solid theology at its core, Snowball Mountain Challenge VBS delivers joy and meaning in equal measure, teaching kids that “I can do all things through him who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13, NRSV).
Snowball Mountain Challenge VBS will be held June 22-26, 2026 from 9:00a-12:00p at JupiterFIRST Church (1475 Indian Creek Parkway, Jupiter, FL 33458). Kids must be 4 years old (by June 22, 2026 and fully potty trained) through completing 5th grade to participate. Volunteers are needed, too (6th grade completed through adults).
The registration fee for VBS is $90 per child, which covers a VBS t-shirt, VBS music, snacks, station materials, and more. The registration fee for additional children from the same household is $80 per additional child, with a registration fee maximum of $330 per family.
Please note--your VBS registration is not complete if you haven't completed your registration form(s) and payment(s).
Additionally, all child participants (preschool-5th grades completed) and youth volunteers (6th-12th grades completed) must have a completed and notarized Parental Authorization and Medical Release form turned in to JupiterFIRST Church to attend VBS (along with a front and back copy of your child's medical insurance card). If your child was a VBS participant with us in 2025 or your teen was a VBS volunteer with us in 2025 and you've already submitted the Parental Authorization and Medical Release form, then you are set. If your 6th grader was a participant in 2025 and is planning to volunteer in 2026, you will need a new notarized form (because different permissions are included on the youth consent form). If you're not sure if you have completed the paperwork, please contact Marthe Hjortshoj, Children's Minister, to verify your paperwork is completed at children@jupiterfirst.org.
If you need a free notary, please get in touch with the church office (561-747-8340) so we can assist you with this portion of your registration. The notarized forms must be returned to the church no later than Monday, June 8, 2026. You will receive an email with a link to this form upon completion of your registration.
