Pickup Policy Agreement

I understand that my child(ren) will only be released to myself and individuals listed on this registration form or otherwise authorized by me in advance. I authorize VBS staff and volunteers to release my child(ren) to the adults I have designated for pickup. I understand that for the safety of all children, VBS staff may require photo identification at the time of pickup and may use a security tag or other verification system. I agree to notify VBS staff in advance if there are any changes to authorized pickup persons. Liability Waiver and Consent

I, the parent or legal guardian, give permission for my child(ren) to participate in all Vacation Bible School (VBS) activities, including games, music, crafts, snacks, Bible lessons, and indoor and outdoor activities. I understand that participation involves inherent risks and agree to release and hold harmless the Warm Springs Church and New Life Community Church, their staff, and volunteers from liability for injury or illness, except in cases of gross negligence. I authorize VBS staff and volunteers to obtain necessary medical treatment for my child(ren) in the event of an emergency. I certify that my child(ren) is/are in good health and will inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and consent.

Photo / Media Release

I authorize VBS staff and volunteers to photograph or record my child(ren) during VBS activities. I understand that any images or recordings will be used exclusively for an internal VBS slideshow presented on the final day and for VBS-related crafts or keepsakes sent home with participants. Images or recordings will not be published or used for any online or external promotional purposes. Which session will they be attending?

Preschool and Nursery Program Policy

The Preschool and Nursery programs are available only to the children of approved volunteers. No exceptions.

The Preschool Program follows the same VBS schedule as the rising Kindergarten through rising 5th grade program, but with a higher level of supervision. Parents must be actively volunteering on-site and available to care for their child if needed.

The Nursery Program will be held offsite and does not follow the VBS schedule. Its primary purpose is to enable volunteers with toddlers to serve. Volunteers with infants may choose to place them in the nursery or carry them while they serve.

Every child participant (excluding Nursery) will receive a free VBS shirt at check-in on the first day and is expected to wear it each day of VBS.

Registration must be received by June 9 to guarantee a shirt. For registrations received after June 9, we will have some extra shirts, but availability and sizes cannot be guaranteed.
