Creation Exploration-- 3rd-5th Grade
Participate in fun experiments and activities that center around God's creations. Daily topics include Light and Dark, Earth, Water and Air. Join us if you have a curious mind or are the scientific kind.
Taste & See: A Food Adventure -- 2nd-4th Grade
Each day, kids will taste, chop, mix, and build simple snacks while learning about the foods God has given us—from fresh fruits and vegetables to breads from around the world. Along the way, they’ll practice basic kitchen skills, grow in confidence, and even learn to try new things with courage.
Imagineering -- 2nd-4th Grade
Kids will use their imagination each day to create, make and play. From building forts to designing obstacle courses, they’ll bring their ideas to life and test out their fellow engineers inventions, too.
Build & Test Lab-- 3rd-6th Grade
Kids will work in teams across four nights to design, build, and test real structures using simple materials. Each session focuses on a different engineering challenge—tallest tower, strongest arched bridge, longest cantilever, and strongest suspension bridge. Campers will experiment, learn from failure, and improve their designs as they go. Points are tracked each night, with a fun, friendly competition leading to an overall winning team at the end of the week.
Build-A-Bot: Wooden Robot Lab-- 2nd-5th Grade
Step into the lab and become a robot builder! Kids will design and construct a small wooden robot using wood pieces, screws, and bolts. They’ll learn safe tool use, basic building techniques, and how to turn an idea into a finished creation they can take home.
Woodworking 101-- 4th-6th Grade
In this hands-on session, kids will learn the basics of woodworking while creating their own 12”x12” wooden puzzle. Throughout the week, they’ll practice using real tools like hammers, screwdrivers, and drills, explore how to safely cut wood, and discover how pieces come together through simple joinery. They’ll finish their project with staining and design touches, taking home a one-of-a-kind creation. This session builds confidence, creativity, and practical skills as kids experience the joy of making something with their own hands.
Little Poets: Created to Create-- 5th-6th Grade
Kids will explore their creativity by writing poems that reflect who they are and what they believe, helping them understand that their thoughts, feelings, and ideas have value. Through fun activities like word play, storytelling, and creative expression, they will learn that creativity is a gift from God that can be used to share their voice. As they write, they will be encouraged to express their emotions, experiences, and faith in a safe and supportive environment. By the end, kids will see poetry not just as writing, but as a meaningful way to connect with themselves, others, and God.
Hooked on Crochet-- 3rd-6th Grade
In this session participants will learn how to make a potholder, small pillow or phone case. Participants will learn how to make a chain stitch, how to make a single crochet, how put it all together into a finished project.
