Volunteer registration (Y8+) opens Sunday 4th February
Child registration (P1-P7) opens Saturday 17th February

If you click on the registration link after this date and find the sign up section is closed, it may mean that the event is full. Please don't panic - if you email Rosalind Shillaker we can add you to our waiting list and let you know as soon as a space may be available - rshillaker@westchurchbangor.org

The sign up form is very straightforward to fill in. Please take your time and fill in all required information carefully. You can add multiple children to the same form by clicking the 'add participant' button at the end of the form.

This is an American site that uses 'Grades'. For our purposes we are using Grade 1 = P1, Grade 2 = P2 etc.

There is an option on the form where you can request that your child is in the same group as siblings or friends. (Children are placed into mixed age groups to move around the various activity stations.) We can't guarantee it but we try our absolute best to place children with their requested choices where possible. Please ensure you fill this in if required as we can't change children between groups once allocated.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully registered.
