We hope this message finds you well. As we prepare for our upcoming event Scuba VBS, we want to inform you that the event will be documented through photography and/or video recording. This means that attendees, including children, may appear in photos or footage taken during the event.
These visual materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, our website, and printed materials. Please rest assured that we will handle all images and recordings with sensitivity and respect for everyone’s privacy.
If you have any concerns about your child being photographed or filmed, or if you wish to discuss specific arrangements regarding their participation, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at vbs@wchsda.org. We are more than happy to accommodate your preferences wherever possible.
