You will receive a VBS Stellar packet in the mail one week prior to VBS. This will allow your child to meet the teachers in advance and will invite you to your child(s) Group Me class (app you can download apple or android). Teachers will send pictures throughout the week. We ask that parents do not use this for individual communication at anytime.
If your child has allergies to any specific foods, please be sure to send in a snack for them. We will have water on hand for all students during Stellar and in our Cosmic Snack Station, and we will send home a list of snacks the week prior to VBS.
Drop off and Pick up will take place in our east circular drive. Our church homes a food pantry and Wednesday morning we serve clients. On Wednesday we ask that you drop off your child no later than 8:45 am. Otherwise, you will need to use our west parking lot. This lot will serve as our late drop-off. You will need to walk your child all the way in, to the Stellar information table.
Friday is our famous WATER DAY! Bible schoolers should come with a towel, change of clothes (under clothes as well), and wear an appropriate (one-piece suggested) bathing suit. Our youngest preschool 4 group will have water fun that day too and will go on the water slide during their own private time separate from any older groups.
Our Friday night event is always the biggest hit! This year we will host the event promptly at 7 pm! This year will be the Stellar Dessert Spacetactular! Come after your dinner, for dessert, winning team presentations, singing, and the famous end-of-week video presentation. We will ask for RSVPs by Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 the week of VBS.
We can hardly wait for your children to join us, if this is your first year with us, get ready for an amazing week of songs, dance, crafts, stories, snacks, and games! If you have been with us before, then hold on tight, this year is even better than ever!
