Elementary Program Eligibility:
Entering 1st-5th grade as of 9/01/18.
Preschool Program Eligibility:
Entering Kindergarten or 5 years old by 9/01/18 to attend without adult present; OR 4 years old by 9/01/18 with adult volunteer onsite.
Nursery Childcare Program:
Provided for younger children of onsite volunteers only.
No cost to participate but a donation to offset VBS ministry costs is appreciated.

Required for all Participants and Volunteers under 18:
Medical Release Form, Photo Release Form, and Pickup Authorization Form.
Required for all Volunteers over 18:
Clearances if not already on file at WPC. These are valid for 5 years. WPC will cover the cost of volunteer clearances if submitted to the church.
Please click on Documents to print out required documents. You may scan and email them to Jo Zabat at WCWestminsterVBS@gmail.com or bring with you to VBS Training (for all leaders, crew leaders and assistants) on May 23 (Spellman Hall 630 p.m. to 8 p.m.). Or no later than the first day of VBS.
***Note: The Mandatory State Volunteer clearances MUST be submitted to the church office BEFORE June 18.
