Neighborhood friends, we are so glad you are participating at Backyard Vacation Bible School! Uptown Church will be hosting Backyard VBS in several locations throughout Charlotte. Every location will have volunteers from our church that have been background checked and have passed our child safety training.
Uptown members, we do expect that all Uptown members volunteer in some way if your child is participating in Backyard VBS. We can use your help during the event so please see the volunteer registration form for more details. There is free childcare nursery age kids! The children of volunteers will receive the first spots at each location and the nursery is for volunteer children only.
We will have to close registration if we hit our max number of participants for a location. We will contact you to see if you are willing to go to another location if this happens in your neighborhood. Thank you for being understanding!
