PLEASE READ carefully the descriptions for the three separate programs we are offering this year.

NOTE: Sign up your child according to the grade they are CURRENTLY IN (this spring), not what they will be in the summer.

If you have a 3,4, or 5-year-old, select PRESCHOOL VBS. For Pre-K age 5 only, if you would like them to be in our Kindergarten-4th grade mixed age VBS (they are not assigned to groups by grade), please select KINDERGARTEN as their current grade, otherwise by default Pre-K kids will be placed in preschool. Thank you!
Traditional VBS is for K-4th graders. Mixed ages form small groups and they rotate together from station to station for VBS, not grade specific. The big kids and little kids together form special friendships that are beautiful to see.
*NEW* - VBX - for grades 5-6. VBS but XTRA challenging and XTRA involved for our older kids! They will not be with the younger grades/rotations but will have separate rooms and activities for their own age level. More interactive, greater freedom, and hands-on activities especially for pre-teens.

NOTE ON T-SHIRTS: Sizes run small - if you are unsure or between sizes, please size up. T-shirt orders will be placed on June 1st. Those registering after this date will receive one only if a spare is available. T-shirts are not guaranteed after June 1st.

Families will be notified about 10 days before VBS that t-shirts are ready for pickup; please note preferred pickup location (Saint Kilian/Cranberry campus OR Holy Sepulcher/Butler campus).

Permission to photograph granted for parish use only (bulletin/monitors/VBS website). Note: due to the very large and constantly moving nature of our VBS, we are not able to honor requests for no photographs. By registering your child you give us limited permission to include your child in VBS photography.

Siblings, comments, or special requests (only one friend request per child - we will do our best to accommodate requests but they are not guaranteed) NOTE: Preschool siblings will be kept together and be assigned to the same small group.
