TEENS, WE NEED YOU

to help make VBS

EXCITING, ENERGETIC and MEMORABLE for our kiddos!

 

It’s time to start planning and we need your help!

Get the volunteer position that you want by applying early!

There will be various positions available, both full-time and part-time.

Training will be provided.

Get your service hours for both school & youth group too!

Positions needed:

CREW Leaders and CREW Leader Assistants, Station Assistants (PreK, Games, Bible Discovery, KidVid Cinema, & Imagination Station), Set Up Crew, Tear Down Crew, help during Mass, Kitchen Crew, AV Tech, Spotlight Photography Team, Service projects, and many more!!  


Adult VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

VBS cannot happen without volunteers like you!

Whatever your experience, we NEED you!!!

Volunteer an hour, a day or the whole week.

·      Elementary and Preschool Station Leaders - All materials/scripts provided.  Lead a station for elementary or preschool aged kids.  Imagination Station, Bible Discovery, Games, KidVid Cinema, Castaway Sing & Play, Snacks.

·      Elementary & Preschool Station Leader Assistants - Assist station leaders in preparing and distributing materials and leading meaningful discussions, games, crafts, etc.

·      Crew Leader Adult Mentors – Serve as a mentor to high school and middle school crew leaders by rotating with crews to stations and serving as an available adult resource to crew leaders when needed.

·      Connecting Kids to Justice Facilitator - The Connecting Kids to Justice stories highlight Catholic Relief Services’ work to bring clean water to kids, families, and communities around the world. As kids bring in donations, they’ll learn more about the people around the world who struggle to access clean water.

·      Graphic Design Help – Assist directors in creating signs, forms, and other print materials for VBS. All graphics are provided.

·      Check-in and Checkout– Welcome campers, sign them in/out and answer questions

·      Hospitality/Security – sit in assigned areas for morning/afternoon shifts with rotations

·      Kitchen/Snack  Crew – help with kitchen prep, Gathering Room prep and clean-up

·      Nurse – Morning/afternoon shifts to help with boo-boo’s or any emergencies.

·      Spotlight VBS Photographer – Lead the Spotlight VBS team in a guided activity taking pictures of campers/counselors each day of VBS and creating a daily slideshow.

·      Set Up Crew-  & Tear Down Crew – Assist in set-up and tear-down before and after VBS.


CHILDCARE IS PROVIDED FOR ALL ADULT VOLUNTEERS!!!!

CHILDCARE IS PROVIDED for any adults who would like to volunteer for VBS!!!!
