Volunteer Registration
Volunteer Registration is not currently available online
Tuition payments can be made in 4 different ways:
1. Through a FACTS Management Account, the preferred method for paying RE tuition. You may sign up to make a single payment on August 15, 2024 or two payments on August 15, 2024 and October 15, 2024. Should you wish to use FACTS, you may use this link to log-in: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4QLB6 Please follow the instructions to set up a NEW account utilizing our updated system. With the launch of our updated system, previous accounts and log-ins WILL NOT work. During the set-up process, you will want to confirm that your banking information and/or credit card information is accurate as well for payment processing.
2. Pay in FULL with check made out to St. Michael Catholic Church and mail to 317 W. Willow Ave., Wheaton, IL 60187, or place in the mailbox in front of 317 W. Willow Ave.
3. Pay in FULL with cash by stopping by the Religious Education Office on the third floor of the Faith Center at 317 W. Willow Ave.
4. Request financial assistance by completing our online form.
Students will not be placed in an RE class until FACTS payments are made (8/15/24 - one payment; 8/15/24 & 10/15/24 - two payments), tuition is paid in full by cash or check on or before August 19, 2024, or tuition assistance form is received and approved in the RE Office by 8/19/24.
Tuition Rates on or before JUNE 1, 2024 with the EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT for Returning and New Families:
One child: $315
Two children: $440 for both children
Three or more children: $540 for all of the children in the family
First Communion Sacramental Fee: $75 per child (typically second grade)
Confirmation Sacramental Fee: $75 per child (typically eighth grade)
OCIA for Children: $125 per child
Homeschool: $150 per child
Out of parish fee due at registration: $100 per family (cash or check, please, for this non-refundable fee)
Tuition Rates for Families Enrolling in Preschool and Kindergarten only:
Preschooler: $175 per child
Kindergartener: $200 per child
Tuition Rates AFTER JUNE 1, 2024 for Returning Families (New Families always receive the Early Registration Discount):
One child: $370
Two children: $495 for both children
Three or more children: $595 for all of the children in the family
First Communion Sacramental Fee: $75 per child (typically second grade)

OCIA for Children: $125 per child
Homeschool $150 per child

Tuition rates for enrolling in Preschool and Kindergarten only:
Preschooler: $200 per child
Kindergartener: $225 per child
Reduced Tuition Rates for Catechists and Volunteers:
Catechists receive a $250 tuition discount for their family
Adult Classroom Aides, Crossing Guards, Attendance Volunteers, Traffic Safety Volunteers, and Substitute Catechists receive a $100 discount per family
St. Michael School families who teach Religious Education receive a school tuition discount. Please call the RE Office for details.
