We start out in the Opening Room for music, games and prayer lead by Miss Lori. We then split into our classrooms by grade level and a teacher will lead the class in a Bible lesson, craft/game, and snack.
We use a positive reward behavior system and kids can earn Trading Post Point Cards for good behavior, participation, listening well, taking turns and winning games. Our Trading Post is open for shopping one Sunday a month where kids can trade in their point card for prizes!
We offer three worship services at St. Luke Lutheran: 8:30am, 10am and 11:15. Our Sunday School is during our 10am service, so feel free to drop your kids off at Sunday School (any time after 9:45am) and go upstairs for service, your kids will be waiting for you downstairs whenever service concludes. We have many families that attend church while their kids are in Sunday School. Many families worship together as a family at the 8:30 or 11:15 service, and their children come down to Sunday School while they enjoy coffee and fellowship time in the Fellowship Hall. You are free to pick what works best for your family's needs!
*We do have a nursery for infants and children up to 4 years old, and you can find that next to the Fellowship Hall on the main floor.
*We have a Youth Sunday School Program for 7th-12th Grade on Sunday mornings too during our 10am worship service upstairs in The Loft!
