The participant registration fee for ROCKY RAILWAY is $60 for each participant for the entire week. The fee includes a ROCKY RAILWAY t-shirt, games, snacks, science projects, and excitement. A CD version of all the VBS songs is available for an additional $10 and a DVD of all VBS music videos for an additional $20.
The registration fee for ROCKY RAILWAY volunteers is $15. This covers the cost of the VBS t-shirt and daily snacks.
Registration is not complete until your payment has been received.
There are two ways to pay, online through PayPal or with a check. To pay online please click the Pay Now link. This will take you to the St. John’s Church PayPal site. It is helpful if you write a note on your donation that it is for VBS and the names of the participants, so that we can easily match your registration to your payment.
You may also drop a check off in the Church office Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm. Please make the check payable to St. John's Church and write "VBS" along with the last name of the participant or volunteer in the memo line.
A limited number of scholarships are available. Please let us know through email if you would like to apply and we will send you the separate form.

Note: We cannot confirm payment until early June. You will receive a confirmation that your registration form was submitted within one week of registering.
Cancellation Policy - If for some reason your child is unable to attend VBS after you have registered and/or paid, please let us know immediately so that we can offer the spot to another child. We are only able to refund money prior to June 1st. After June 1st, no refunds will be issued as we have already purchased all of the materials. In order to process the refund we will need to know by email, when the registration and payment were made and whether it was by check or through PayPal. Please note, refunds will not include the paypal processing fee included in the registration price.
