Registration Directions
Please read carefully before registering
Participants must be age 4 (as of June 1st, 2019) and fully potty-trained through present 4th graders. Volunteers are present 5th graders through young adults. Please make sure to use the appropriate form. Registration for participants and volunteers begins online Sunday March 10th. Those who wish to register in person may do so in the church office of St. John's Episcopal beginning Monday March 11th. The office is open Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm. Registration will also be available after the 10am church services. If you register in person please have a check ready to complete the process. Email is our primary form of communication, so please register with an email address you check regularly.
To register online, please click the link on our homepage. Registration is not complete until payment is received (please click Payment Directions on the homepage after completing the registration form). You will receive an email within one week to confirm your registration form has been submitted. Payments cannot be confirmed until early June. Those who register after April 30th may not receive their preferred t-shirt size, as the shirts will have already been ordered. We will do the best to accommodate your size preference, however it cannot be guaranteed. Also there is a limited number of DVDs, and they may not be available after April 30th.
This is a popular program and promises to fill quickly again this year. Once ROAR reaches capacity, the registration website will close automatically. Additional participants and volunteers can be placed on a wait-list by sending an email to stjohns.rsm.vbs@gmail.com with the names and ages of those wishing to participate or volunteer.
