Adult Volunteers: You will be getting an e-invite from Rosemarie Turner to begin the process of completing all the Safe Environments forms, required by the Archdiocese, electronically. Please complete these forms within 7 days. The Archdiocese also requires volunteers to attend a live VIRTUS training session. In the e-invite there will be a live link for you to register for a VIRTUS training session.
Minor Volunteers: The Volunteer Application form for Minors and the School Reference for Minors, needs to be completed. Both the minor and the parent need to complete, sign and date the application. For the School Reference Form, the school official needs to answer the 6 questions on the front and date and sign on the back; the student and their parent need to date sign as well. The forms themselves will be posted on the VBS homepage under forms - Learn More or pick up forms from Rosemarie in the after-hours box on the wall next to the RE doors
