TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD:
- Complete the online registration form for both parents and participants
- Read the Parental Consent for Youth to Participate in Activity and Release.
- submit payment online or bring check or cash to parish office.
- Registration is not complete until payment is received.
- We do have donations for partial or full scholarships. Contact briviello@sjnaustin.org to request a scholarship.
TO REGISTER AS A VOLUNTEER
- Choose one of the adult roles from the drop down menu and complete the online registration form.
- Be sure to fill out the availability box.
TO REGISTER YOUR TEEN AS A VOLUNTEER:
- Choose one of the teen roles from the drop down menu and complete the online registration form.
- Be sure to fill out the availability box.
- Type your teen's grade in the "comments" box and type your teen's date of birth in the "date of birth" box.
- Teen volunteers will also need parental consent to participate. Please read the Parental Consent for Youth to Participate in Activity and Release. To give consent, choose the "yes" from the dropdown menu.
