Parents (for your Camper/s):

Kindly read the directions below to understand the registration process and payment methods.

Here are ways to register your camper/s:

1.      PRE-REGISTRATION online. By signing up for camp online you are reserving a spot for your camper/s. This will give families enough time to complete and submit the required paper work and fee online or in our office.

·         After online registering, you will receive an automated notification confirming that you have successfully registered, but please take note that your registration is NOT COMPLETE until we receive your Registration & Medical Release form and payment.

Failure to submit forms prevents camper/s ability to participation.

2.      Download and fill out Registration and Medical Release form.

·         You can download our forms from the “Documents” tab. After you fill out the forms, you may mail them in or drop them off in our office.

These forms will also be available in the Youth Ministry/Faith Formation Office. We are open Sunday-Thursday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM.

Payment Method:

We accept cash, check (payable to St. Mary Church) and credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

Payments are to be submitted along with the camper medical release form. You may either mail in the form and payment to:

OR Come by the office Sunday – Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM to pay in person via cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard)

-WE WILL NOT TURN CAMPERS AWAY FOR FINANCIAL REASONS. IF PAYMENT PRESENTS A HARDSHIP PLEASE LET US KNOW.-
