**All volunteers will need to be current on their background checks.  If you know that you need to be screened, click here.  Select the "Volunteer Only" screening (unless you plan to drive buses, in which case you should select "Volunteer + MVR."  Please contact Sarah Crockford with questions.**

1st-8th Grade Shepherds: This team of people will shepherd the 1st-8th graders through workshops and events throughout the day/week. For the sake of consistency and relationship with the kids, it is helpful if shepherds are able to commit to either half or full days throughout the entire week. We would like to have 2 shepherds/grade at a time, but up to 4 spaces have been allotted for each grade level in case shepherds need half-day shifts.

Middle School Recreation Leader: This person will lead games and recreation time for the 6th-8th graders.

Elementary School Recreation Leader: This person will lead games and recreation time for the 1st-5th Graders.

Snack Leader: This person will run the snack station for all age groups.

Bus Drivers: Bus drivers are needed to transport kids to field trip locations.  Due to insurance requirements, bus drivers must be between the ages of 25 and 69 and agree to a Motor Vehicle Records screening.  A brief bus training session will be provided for new bus drivers.

Art Assistant: This person will assist the art coordinator with projects and set design.

Choreography Assistant: This person will assist the choreographer with leading the choreography workshop.

Youth Assistants: High school youth will be assigned to a variety of roles ranging from helping to shepherd elementary children to assisting in the art areas, recreation or snacks. Please note in the comments if you have a preference for where you serve. We will do our best to accommodate the wishes of youth helpers, but flexibility is needed due to program needs and scheduling conflicts.
