The children’s ministry and the music ministry have teamed up to create a new and exciting summer opportunity for children and middle school youth. Rising 1st-8th graders will be invited to participate in a week-long (June 24-28), full day (9-4), Christ-filled arts experience that will end in a Friday evening production of “Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat” for everyone to enjoy. The cost for the week is $75. This is to cover materials, supplies, snacks and field trips. Each participant will need to bring a sack lunch. Registration is limited to 75 participants for this first year. St. John's members will be able to register online April 22-May 12. Registration will open to the community on May 13. We are also looking for volunteers! High school and adult helpers are needed for everything from leading crews to chaperoning field trips to helping with snacks, recreation, and the arts.
