WHAT TIME CAN I DROP MY CHILDREN?

- Safety is a top priority for us and so “Drop and Go” from the street is not an option for any Grade.

- Parents are asked to bring their children to the Registration Tables to receive a PARENT CARD for each child.

- Parent Cards are needed for pick up time at the end of the day.

- Registration opens at 7:30 at all venues.  We suggest an early drop off option, especially on Day 1 when check in lines can be a little longer than usual.

- The Holiday Club programs begin at 8:00 each morning.  Registration Tables are packed away around 8:30.  We are not able to accept children who arrive after 8:30am.

 

WHAT TIME CAN I COLLECT MY CHILDREN?

- Pick up times for the Clubs area as follows -

Age 4 and 5 - 11:00

Grade R and 1 - 12:30

Grade 2 to 4 - 13:00

Grade 5 to 7 - 13:00

- Home time procedures work best for Parents/Alternate pick up adults who are able to present the Parent Card at the venue.  Any other options for collection will take a little more time.

- Please understand that we are not able to release children from venues in the last hour of the program.
