Thank you for your interest in serving at Girls Missions Day Camp! Below is a brief overview of the volunteer roles available.
Please review the descriptions before selecting your role during registration.
Adult Rotation Leader
Approved adult volunteers who lead or assist with scheduled activity rotations such as games, international snacks, missions projects, missions activities, or music. Rotation leaders guide the activity, manage supplies, and help keep rotations running smoothly.
Visiting Church Sponsor (Adult)
Adult sponsors attending with girls from their own church who serve as the primary chaperone for their group. Sponsors remain with their group throughout the event and help ensure safety, supervision, and smooth transitions.
Visiting Church Youth Volunteer
Approved youth volunteers from visiting churches who assist adult sponsors and activity leaders. Youth volunteers may serve as a secondary or additional chaperone in support of an adult sponsor but may not be the only chaperone.
Woodlake Adult Volunteer – Hospitality
Adult members of Woodlake Baptist Church who assist with event hospitality and logistics. This includes registration support, coffee and water stations, guest guidance, snack support, lunch prep, and cleanup as needed.
Woodlake Youth Volunteer
Approved Woodlake Baptist Church youth who serve as helpers under adult supervision. Youth volunteers assist with activities, hospitality support, and cleanup but do not supervise children independently.
