Hello and welcome to our Rainforest Falls VBS registration form.

Please note our two age categories: Preschool and Elementary

Our Preschool VBS is for children ages 4 and 5 and who have NOT attended Kindergarten. Our Elementary VBS is for children who have completed kindergarten and are entering grades 1-6. Students who are entering grade 5 or 6 can serve as Junior Helpers. Please refer to that option on the participation form.

Please ensure that your email is correct as this is how we will contact you. If you'd like to volunteer, please complete a volunteer form. Once our program is full, a wait list will be created and available spaces will be filled using a lottery system. Thank you!

I am the parent or legal guardian of the registered child and I understand that my child must be signed out from a VBS Crew Leader at the end of each morning before he/she will be dismissed. The people I have listed as 'alternate pick up', in addition to myself, are authorized to sign out my child.
