There's no denying, it's been a different kind of year!

So...different it is! We're embracing 'different' and making it awesome. We're talking about how weird Covid-19 has made things and exploring how, even though it may be safer to be apart for awhile, we're never alone because Jesus walks with us.

We've created a custom VBS, specifically and solely for our Risen Christ kids,

by our Risen Christ kids

Before July 20, each of your registered participants will receive a bag with all of the crafts and supplies needed for our activities during the week, organized and clearly marked by day. We'll send an email with links and videos daily, then...

...we'll start each day at 10 AM with a brief, live Zoom call with your participant's crew leader and their other crew members. After that, your kids will rotate through the VBS stations they've come to love in whatever order and at whatever pace they'd like. On Friday, July 24th, we'll also do a live Zoom call at 11:45 AM to wrap up our different-but-amazing VBS!

Our crew leaders and other volunteers will be recording demonstrations and discussions so your kids can join in at home and make the crafts and snacks, pray in the church, learn a new game or activity, decode a riddle, and do something for the good of others each day. If you have students going into sixth grade or older, please sign them up to volunteer! We'll start recording around June 1st.

We also encourage your kids to send us pictures or short videos of themselves doing the activities so we can share them with everyone!

No worries if your kids won't be able to participate in the mornings. All the components can be seen asynchronously, at the time that works best for your family. Your VBS-er can easily do the projects during the week or even throughout the summer.

ALL participants in a household must register in order to receive the bag of activities and craft supplies to do at home! We've also expanded the grade levels open to participation since there are options for all ages to love.

There's no fee--sometimes different can be good! We welcome your donation to help offset the cost of supplies if your finances allow.
