Welcome to Clap your Hands, Stomp your Feet VBS at Providence Road Church. Clap Your Hands, Stomp Your Feet teaches children the “why” behind our worship and then leads them to respond to God’s grace and goodness through fun, active praise, a lifelong response to the good news of Jesus. Each of the five days of assembly time, Bible study, crafts, and games work together to engage kids in lively, responsive praise rooted in the truths of the gospel.
This year’s VBS program will teach the “why” behind worship. Through a 5-day study of King David, children will gain a clear understanding of our Heavenly Father’s grace and mercy. They’ll sing, dance, study God’s word, and do arts and crafts while learning that praise is a lifelong response to the good news of Jesus.
It’s our prayer that through Clap your Hands, Stomp your Feet VBS, Jesus’ loving care for each person will come to life like never before... touching lives, changing hearts, and drawing kids and adults closer to Jesus as they understand they need his rescue.
Don't stress about getting out of work, picking up your kids and finding dinner. We want this to be a smooth and joyful experience. Please join us at Providence Road Church for dinner each evening from 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm before VBS begins.
While your children are exploring and learning about how and why we praise God, we have a special place for parents too! Parent's place is located behind the stage and will be ready for you while you wait to pick up your kids at the end of each VBS evening. If you need a place to plug in and work or you'd like to strike up a conversation, have a snack and drink some coffee, Parent's place is just the place for you.
Parent's place can be a bit chilly! Feel free to bring a jacket to keep warm.
Please make sure your kids wear comfy sneakers as they will be playing games and can get hurt in sandals.
We are so excited to have you all over for VBS. If you currently don't have a church family and would like to visit our Sunday Service to check us out, you're more than welcome.
