Can children be grouped with friends or siblings?

We do our best to honor requests when possible, but cannot guarantee placement.

Will my Pre-K child be with older children?
No. Pre-K and Kindergarten have their own groups, separate from elementary students.

Children in 1st–6th grade are placed in mixed-age groups. This helps create a balanced environment where older children can lead and encourage, while younger children build confidence and connection.

What if someone else needs to pick up my child?
If someone other than the person who dropped off your child will be picking them up, please email vbs.wbcsatx@gmail.com with your child’s name and the full name of the person you are adding to the authorized pickup list.

A valid driver’s license will be required at pickup for verification.

Can parents stay during VBS?
VBS is a drop-off program (Monday–Friday). Families are encouraged to attend the Block Party on Sunday and the Family Celebration on Saturday.

What time is drop-off and pick-up?
Monday drop-off begins at 5:45 PM.
Tuesday–Friday programs run from 6:00–9:00 PM.

What if my child has allergies or special needs?
Please include this information during registration so we can best support your child.
