Registration is open to elementary students entering grades 1-6 in Fall 2019.
To register a participant, please select the option to register online from the home page.
IMPORTANT: In addition to completing the online registration, please download and complete a Consent - Medical Treatment Form for each participant if not already on file for 2018-2019 with New Life Church. A signed form will be required for each participant and may be presented to the Registration Leader at initial sign-in on VBS Monday. Form is available for download in the Documents area. If you do not have print capabilities, blank forms will be available at the church during registration and sign-in.
