Life as we know it has changed recently and therefore so have we! We are not able to offer our traditional VBS experience here at the church, so instead we have exciting NEW plans. Our Rocky Railway Adventure is making a stop AT YOUR HOUSE! We are putting together a combination virtual experience (videos of each step through our typical VBS day) paired with a kit of items that will allow the children a hands-on component as well. Each morning you will receive a link to access the day’s activities. You can start whenever you are ready and continue at your own pace! We will also have our volunteer Care Engineers setting up small-group zoom calls, so everyone can share their experiences.
Because of this new format and the kits we are providing, waitlisted kits will not include a t-shirt as those had to be pre-ordered. They will include everything else including Music CDs until supplies last. We do not want to deny anyone this experience due to the fee, so if you are in need of assistance, please fill out and submit the need-based Scholarship Form found in the Documents section on the VBS home page.
Even though we will not be able to take pictures of the fun you are having at your house, we are hoping you will submit pictures of your children as they complete their adventure. Photo release is therefore still required FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS! Read the Photo Release Statement BEFORE you register participants. On the registration form, type your name in the field signifying that you agree to the photo policy.
