PHOTO POLICY

During VBS pictures and video will be taken of all the children at various activities. These pictures and videos are used for our daily VBS recap video shown at the VBS rallies in the church Worship Center. They may also be used on bulletin boards throughout the building during and after VBS week.

The children have a lot of fun during the week and are excited to share this with you. With that in mind, we may publish photos on the Lake Ridge Baptist Church Facebook page. In no case do we ever tag or otherwise identify children when photos or videos are published online. But this gives the children a chance to share the week with you at home.

If you do not wish your child's photo or video to be included in LRBC Facebook postings or other online media, please indicate that below. If we inadvertently publish a photo where your child is identifiable, please notify us immediately so it may be removed.

PROCESS FOR CHILDREN WHO CANNOT HAVE PHOTOS PUBLISHED
In order for us to easily identify children whose images should not be published online, we will take a photo at the beginning of each day so we can have a reference of appearance and attire as we sort through that day's photos later. This helps us eliminate photos with those children included. Please check them in at the check-in station EVERY DAY so this can be done.
