I have a couple questions about registering myself and/or my child(ren). Where should I go to get my questions answered?

How do I pay for VBS?

  • You can pay for VBS through the online link found in the payment section of this site. In addition, you can provide a check made out to Holy Family Catholic Church (VBS 2018 in the memo line) to the church office OR bring on the first day of VBS to the payment center. 

Where do I drop off and pick up?

  • You will drop your child(ren) off at the Parish Hall by 9:00am and pick them up in the Church at 12:00 Noon daily. 

When and how will we find out what "crew" my child will be for this year's VBS?

  • You will receive an email from registration on Sunday, June 17, 2018 by 5:00pm stating which crew your child(ren) will be in for the week. The same goes for crew leader placements and any other volunteer position.

How will we locate my child(ren) "crew" at drop off in the morning.

  • Each crew has their own poster located in the Parish Hall. 

What should I do if my child has allergies? 

  • Please indicate any food allergies on their registration form. Specific ingredient labels of snacks being offered are available in the Parish Hall kitchen. 
  • You are more than welcome to drop off their own snack each morning to the Parish Hall Kitchen labeled with the child's name, grade and VBS group). 

When will my child receive their VBS T-Shirt?

  • Each child will receive their t-shirt on Monday, June 18, 2018 during their designated craft time. Please have them wear it all week as it serves as their name tag.

When will Music CD's for VBS be available? 

  • CD's will be available in the back of church on Sunday, June 17, 2018. Limit (1) per family. They will also be available the Monday of VBS in the Parish Hall.
