Photo permission
It is the practice of Grace UMC to share God's love by posting photographs of participants enjoying outreach activities on it's website, social media and in its newsletter. In such posted photos, children are generally not identified by name. By registering your child for Drop and Shop you are authorizing Grace UMC to post photographs that include your child on the Church's website, social media and newsletter. If you do not want your child included in posted individual or small group photographs, you must check the “Photo Permission” on the registration form and Grace UMC will then attempt to keep your child's image out of such posted photographs, although Grace UMC will not be able exclude your child's presence in its posting of large group photographs.
Please know that parents of children attending events often take their own
photos of activities and post their photos on their own social media
accounts. Grace UMC cannot control what photos other persons post on
their own social media and is not responsible for any such posted photos that
may include your child, regardless of whether you opt out of official Church
posting of individual and small group photographs that include your child.
