My child is almost five years old. Can we register him/her for VBS?
Your child must be five years old on (or before) the first day of VBS to participate.
What is the drop-off procedure?
On the first day of VBS, please arrive early (1:30pm) at the front lobby to check in for the week. There the kids will receive the name of their crew leaders, their name tags, and T-shirts. All subsequent days, the kids can check in after 1:45pm.
At check-in, you will receive 2 stickers. The sticker with your kids' names will be placed
on their shirt and remain on them throughout the program. The second sticker is for you to hold on to until pick-up time.
The child's sticker and your claim sticker have the same unique code. If you have siblings in the program, they will also have the same claim code. If you don't want to hang on to the sticker, please take a picture of it on your phone. If someone else is picking your child up, take a picture and text it to them.
What is the pick-up procedure?
Kids must be picked up at 5pm. Please arrive on time.
At check out, please present your claim sticker to the crew leader. If you have kids in multiple age groups, we encourage you to pick up your youngest one first. Also, if you have siblings in different age groups, please retain your sticker after its checked and hand it to the next crew leader for pick up.
What should my child bring?
We ask that the kids wear their VBS T-shirts every day. Please do not bring electronic devices, toys, books, etc. VBS is an activity packed, fun filled 3 hours, and we don't want them to bring anything that they may lose and/or may distract them from the learning and fun.
Will there be food at VBS?
We will be providing a light snack and water to the kids during VBS. We take allergies very seriously and will take note of the allergies listed on the registration forms.
