Sports Camp is for students who have COMPLETED 1st-5th Grade ONLY

Daily Instructions: (1) Apply sunscreen/mosquito spray each morning. (2) Tennis Shoes ONLY - No cleats or flip flops. (3) A water bottle will be given to your child upon check-in and left at the church for the duration of camp.

Food Information: Your child will receive lunch, snacks, and drinks all week (FREE). If he/she requires a special diet, please be sure to provide that for them each day (Be sure to put child's name on their lunch).

Friday-Pizza

By Signing below I agree: My child has my permission to participate in Sports Camp VBS at Grace Community - Fannett. Should my child require medical attention, I understand Grace Community - Fannett will not be held financially responsible for any medical care. In the event of an emergency, I give my permission for the adult sponsors of Grace Community Church Sports Camp VBS to seek proper medical attention they deem appropriate for the emergency. In the event of an emergency, I understand I will be contacted immediately. Furthermore, I give my permission to the Grace Community - Fannett Sports Camp VBS staff to take whatever measures necessary to ensure the safety of my child.
