Please take a couple of moments to familiarize yourselves with the information.

If you need to make payment, you may request a payment link from Email: kidsweekfox@grace.org  or  You may mail in a check payable to Grace Chapel. (Address: Grace Chapel c/o Kids Week Foxboro, 115 Mechanic St, Foxoboro, MA 02035).  You may also make payment on 1st Day of Kids Week at the Check-In table.  Reminder, payment is waived for volunteers’ children or friends who are invited as guest of a current Grace Chapel attendee.  If you want to make a donation towards Kids Week regardless you are welcome to do so.

Required Forms

Liability Release Form

You will need to fill out a Liability Release Form for your child if you have not done so on the online registration form.

Pick up and Drop off Protocol (for the safety of all children):

Children should arrive between 8:45am and 9:00am.

Drop off and Pick Up are done inside the sanctuary with the crew leaders.  No curbside drop-off or pick-up.  Children must be accompanied by parent/guardian or a designated adult indicated in the Child Release Form.

Pick up is at 12noon on Monday to  Friday.

Child Release Authorization Form

For the safety of all children, you must drop off and pick up your child in the sanctuary each day.  The crew leader will need an adult signature on their roster for daily sign-in and sign-out.  If your child will be dropped off or picked up by someone other than you fill out the Child Release Authorization form on the 1st day of Kids Week. Forms are available with the crew leaders and at the Check-In Registration table.

First Day:

If you have pre-registered your children online, please proceed to the Check-In tables outside the sanctuary.  Please turn in all the required forms if applicable.  We have forms at the tables for you to fill out.  Please make every effort to fill out forms prior to arriving to help speed up the check-in procedure.

Your child will be given temporary name tag.  Please have your child stick on the name tag before you bring them to the crew’s designated seating area inside the sanctuary to meet with the crew leaders.  You will pick up your child from the crew leaders at the end of the program.

Rest of the Week:

Please check in at the registration table to get your child's name tag and accompany him/her to their crew leader in the sanctuary.   You will pick up your child from the crew leaders at the end of the program.

What your children’s morning looks like:

Program starts at 9am in the sanctuary.  There will be singing with action and a message about the Bible message for the day.  The children will then go to 4 different stations (Small Group, Missions, Games and Imagination Station) to engage in both indoor and outdoor activities that reinforce the Bible message for the day.  They will have a thematic snack provided by us.  The children will gather back in the sanctuary at 11:45 am for the closing songs and announcements.  Program ends at 12noon Monday to Friday.

What to wear:

Wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for indoor and outdoor activities.  Sneakers are preferred.  Sandals, open-toed shoes and flip-flops are discouraged.  The outdoor games can get a little messy or wet, so we encourage you to bring a change of clothes for your children.

Snacks:

Children will enjoy a daily thematic snack to reinforce the Bible message for the day.  For parents of children with food allergies, food labels will be available for your review beginning the Sunday before Kids Week.  You are also welcome to contact our Snack team leader to help you design a themed snack using substitute ingredients for the children to bring along.  You are also welcome to send your children with their own personal snack.  Kindly avoid nut products.

Cellphone/Mobile Device:

Use of cellphones and other mobile devices are not allowed at any time during the duration of the Kids Week program unless in the event of an emergency.

Sales of CDs

If you would like to purchase the songs that your children sing at Kids Week, the CDs are available for sales in the foyer area each day, while supplies last.

Stay Onsite

We discourage parents from staying onsite while the program is taking place. If you do come early for pick up, you are welcome to watch the closing assembly from the back side of the sanctuary.  It starts around 11:45 am.  There will also be a slide show presentation of the day’s activities available too.

Looking forward to a great week with lots of fun!
