Thank you for volunteering for Rain Forest VBS!

VBS is Monday, June 15th through Friday, June 19th. VBS is from 9 am until noon. We ask the volunteers to be at the church before 8:30 am for the morning meeting/brief prep and to be in place when the kiddos arrive. The kids are usually all picked up by 12:15, when we will transition into a meeting/brief recap of the day. These two 5 to 10 minute meetings provide vital information to support you throughout the day, give a few minutes to do any housekeeping or problem-solving that we might have, and often, to share a celebration or two from the day.

Please take a few minutes to complete the registration form. There is a comment box where you can ask questions or share information. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Debi in the church office at 985 345-2196 or via email at dpetrolia@fumc-hammond.org.

Also, if you are also getting service hours by volunteering here, please bring your form to Debi with the number of hours you need. You are eligible for a minimum of 20 hours.
