CHILDCARE: We provide childcare for our volunteers, children ages 3 and under (non-potty trained). Will you need childcare during VBS week?

TRAINING: Our VBS Volunteer Training will be May 29, 9am-11am. We will be emailing our volunteers further details. Our training will cover and address any questions you might have. Will you be attending?

TRAINING CHILDCARE: Childcare can be available if needed during our Training day. Please indicate if you should need this service and names and ages of your children.

VOLUNTEERS 18+ years of age: We screen and train our adult volunteers. Age 18 and older, will receive an email to complete a background check and training video. The online training video for children safety is good for three years. If you completed video training last year, it is not due this year. We will check on our records and let you know via email. VOLUNTEER FAMILY: If you have a family/friend attending VBS as a participant would you prefer to be in their crew as a volunteer? If so, please list the child you would like to be paired up with if having multiple children.

VOLUNTEER STUDENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Student volunteers are welcome. They are expected to be an active participant in the station assigned. Our student volunteers are seen as role models for our younger students. Please encourage your student to present themselves in a manner that shows modesty in their attire and a drive to work as a teammate with their crew. Please inform Hannah Prindiville or Pastor Mark Payne of any special needs that may affect your child’s ability to thoroughly fulfill their role. You as the parent may be asked to volunteer alongside your student should it aid in their full participation in the role assigned. Acknowledge by clicking below.

MODESTY AND CLOTHING EXPECTATION: We ask our volunteers to dress in a way that reflects modesty and supports a confident, comfortable posture of service. Shorts should have a minimum 5‑inch inseam. Leggings are welcome, but shirts must fully cover the backside. These expectations help us create a respectful, distraction‑free environment where our students can lead well and model Christlike character for our younger kids. While it’s never our desire to correct clothing, volunteers may be asked to change if needed to uphold our shared standard. We want to be clear about these expectations during registration so everyone can come prepared. Thank you for helping us create a space that honors the Lord and serves our children well.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION: As with any technology platform, please note that you should receive a 'Confirmation Email' to your registered email following your submission click. If you do not receive a confirmation email within twenty minutes of your completion it's possible your registration might not have gone thru and completed (WIFI connection, etc.), also meaning that we would not have record on our end of our VBS portal of registration.
