Snowball Mountain Challenge VBS - Participant Registration

June 15th-19th, 2026, 9:30am-12:30pm

We would love to pack our church with as many children as possible to experience Snowball Mountain Challenge VBS! It is imperative that our volunteer to child ratio be met for the safety of our children.

Those volunteering with their children at VBS are valued. If you are able to serve, your child will have priority registration.

VBS Registration is open to children 4 years old through those entering 6th grade!

A nursery/toddler session of VBS is available for those children under the age of 4 only if the parent is volunteering and only the days they are serving at VBS.

Medication Policy: Only participants requiring life saving medications will be allowed to have medication on site.

All other medication must be administered prior to the VBS event. If a medication is time sensitive, a parent or guardian is welcome to come administer the medication to the child when needed.

Those participants who require life saving medication must have the ODJFS 01236 form completed and turned in by June 9th, 2026.

Allergy Policy: All participants who document a food allergy will need to complete a Google Form document, which will be sent out after registration.

We take lots of pictures of our VBS fun! I am aware that my child may be in pictures used for crafts, promotional material, social media and website promotional materials, and closing program media. No names will be used to identify children in the pictures, but their likenesses may be on the church website video and in future VBS promotions.
