VBS is for children who will be entering kindergarten (or 5 years old by September 30th) through 5th grade this fall (September 2023). Registration will end on Sunday, June 11th or sooner if crews fill. The fee is $60.00 per child with a family max of $140.00. Stellar CDs (music only) and DVDs (music and motions) will be on sale.
As you can imagine registration is a big undertaking. In order to make this process go as smooth as possible we ask that if you are registering online as a participant or volunteer to please:
1. Make sure that all of your information is complete and accurate. Please pay close attention to your child's birthdate and grade entering this fall (September 2023).
2. If you are registering as a volunteer, you may request a specific job. We will try our best to honor that request but, in some cases, we may need to use your talents in other areas. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Nursery and preschool care are provided for children of volunteers on the days that you volunteer.
4. If you are registering as a Crew Leader and you would like to crew lead in your child's crew, please be sure to give us his/her name.
5. We do take photos of the children for our Spotlight VBS slide show that is shown at the end of each day. The children love seeing themselves on the large screen. We may also use photos on our website and Facebook page. WE DO NOT USE NAMES. You can certainly opt out of this but please remember that children are often sad when told that we do not have permission to take their photo. If that is what you choose, please discuss your decision with you child.
6. If you are using our online paying system, Vanco Payment Solution, please pay at time of registration. If you are using this payment system for the first time you will need to create an account. If paying by cash or check, we need to have your payment within 5 business days. The system will delete your child's registration on the 6th day. A lot of time is spent following up with parents who have registered but have not paid. We would love to spend our time preparing for this fun filled week in other ways. Please do not send cash through the mail. If writing a check, please make it payable to APC and mail to:
