Cherub Choir:  Cherub choir offers 4 and 5 year olds (through Kindergarten) the chance to learn about Jesus and worship through song, movement and play.  The focus of cherub choir is to have fun while learning basic musical concepts such as pitch matching, keeping a steady beat, and internalizing duple and triple rhythm patterns.  In addition to preparing for offerings in worship, Ms. Ellen uses tools from Musikgarten's "God's Children Sing" curriculum to teach bible stories through music, movement and instruments like drums, jingles, rattles and rhythm sticks.  Cherubs are invited to participate in offerings throughout the year on our Original Campus, including a Christmas program and final Spring program.

Celtic Choir: 1st and 2nd graders continue developing musical literacy skills in Celtic Choir with our very own Ms. Lou and Ms. Tammy.  Ms. Lou has a long history raising ESUMC children in the faith through song and prayer, and is truly a gift sent from God to our church community.  Ms. Lou has a gift for choosing music that inspires the kids in faith and instills a strong sense of wonder and love for Jesus.  Ms. Tammy continues to share her wonderful gifts in piano accompaniment and also serves the Celtic choir faithfully by fulfilling various administrative tasks.

Crusader Choir:  Our 3rd, 4th and 5th graders have the exciting new opportunity to sing under ESUMC's Director of Music and Worship Arts, Dr. Filippa Duke.  "Dr. Filippa" brings with her a tremendous amount of education and experience with choral conducting adults and children, and will do so while continuing to nurture a love for service and worship in the kids.  Ms. Eleanor will continue serving the Crusader Choir with her gifts in piano, and serve as accompanist during rehearsals and worship offerings on our original campus.

Youth Choir:  Dr. Filippa will also direct Youth Choir this year, with the help of Ms. Sarah.  While Dr. Filippa finishes Crusader Choir rehearsals, Ms. Sarah will lead our youth in a series of vocal warmups and exercises.  Dr. Filippa's education will serve our youth in ways that develop their music literacy skills as well as choral methods that help to create a beautifully blended and unified sound.  She will also continue to nurture a safe community where the youth feel accepted, appreciated and excited about sharing their gifts to God in worship.
