Participant Registration

Parents or Guardians, click below to register kids for this event.



The cost is $25 per child with a maximum of $100 per family.

Please drop checks or cash off to the church office Tuesday - Friday between 10am - 5pm.

*At EPA we never want the cost of a program to hinder a child from coming so if financial assistance is needed please e-mail or call the church office and speak to Pastor Kim.

In order for a child to be completely registered a signed waiver form must be handed in. Waiver forms are available at the Church office and can be signed when dropping off payment.
