PUBLICITY RELEASE: Occasionally, SLBC may write about, photograph, or digitally record various activities and people at SLBC. This is most often done to promote, highlight activities, and provide general information about programs, events, etc., related to SLBC. By registering my child, I consent and agree that SLBC, its employees, or agents have permission to photograph or digitally record my child(ren).I further consent that their name(s) and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary in non-commercial promotional materials (Church publications, website, etc.) and publicity regarding various activities of SLBC. I hereby waive the right to inspect and approve finished photos or the use to which they may be put.

SNACK ADVISEMENT: Our daily snacks will consist of Goldfish Crackers, Cheerios, Popcorn, Mini Marshmallows, and M&Ms. If your child(ren) has a food allergy or if you have a choosy eater, please bring a snack with them from home. Thank you!

PLEASE NOTE: We will have water activities and your child will likely get splashed! Towels will be available, but please be aware that your child may be a little wet when you pick them up. :)
