Consent & Agreement By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge and agree to the following: - I have read and accept the Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement associated with this Evergreen Baptist Church-sponsored event. - I give permission for my child(ren) to be photographed or recorded during event activities. I understand that these images may be used by Evergreen Baptist Church for promotional, media, or publishing purposes, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, and printed materials. I understand that submitting registration for participation constitutes my electronic signature and agreement to the terms above.
