At True North VBS, kids will journey through Alaska’s wild beauty—where northern lights shine over towering mountains, rushing rivers, and sparkling glaciers. As they trek through this exciting landscape, they’ll discover how easy it can be to lose sight of what’s true in today’s world. But through every twist and turn, they'll be pointed toward Jesus—a faithful friend they can always count on. He is our True North, guiding us with truth and love every step of the way!
We offer volunteer opportunities for all ages of youth/adults that are entering into 6th grade or older. See the "Volunteer Roles" available on the Volunteer Registration page. Please note some roles have specific age requirements.
Background checks/VIRTUS Certification are required for all volunteers aged 18 or older. Visit VIRTUS.org to complete screening and certification. Youth Volunteers after completing registration return to the documents section of the event page and download and complete the Youth Code of Conduct form and return to the Formation Office.
